An In-Home, Play-Based Preschool
At my cozy, in-home preschool, children ages 3-5 learn letters, numbers, life skills, good character, art, and more. Your child will receive plenty of individual attention in our class of just five children. We meet in the morning, two days a week. We have fun learning and let kids be kids!
We are located in the Bent Tree subdivison in Fuquay-Varina, NC, near Fleming Loop Park.
The Story
Teaching children is my calling. I have loved being a kindergarten teacher, first grade teacher, and private tutor! Four years ago, I stepped out of the classroom to become a stay-at-home mom.
While researching preschools for my daughter, I realized I would love nothing more than to step back into the joyful world of teaching. This time I look forward to having my own space to freely teach in a developmentally appropriate way that is catered to each child's individual needs. Creative Cove Preschool is a safe, engaging space. As a former kindergarten teacher, I am committed to preparing your children socially, emotionally, physically, and academically for school and for life.
My Mission
At Creative Cove, my mission is to provide children with engaging, play-based learning opportunities. While developing personal relationships, I learn and utilize the strengths and interests of each child to teach to meet their needs. Children learn in innovative, developmentally appropriate ways, which cultivates a love for learning. They will grow socially, emotionally, academically, and physically to reach their full potential. They will leave Creative Cove prepared for Kindergarten and for life.
